TRI Manufacturing personnel have repaired various types of equipment, on both normal-time and emergency, around-the-clock schedules. TRI serves industries, where the cost of a machine being down, far exceeds the labor required to repair it. TRI Manufacturing has TIG, MIG, arc and oxy-acetylene welding for repair jobs, plus the ability to reverse engineer and manufacture critical parts for your damaged equipment, which may not be readily available from other sources.

Babbitt Repair

TRI is equipped to cast or repair Babbitt jobs large or small. In 2010, TRI added a large centrifugal caster. Bearings up to 20,000 lbs can be cast in a centrifugal casting process that forces air from the metal producing a superior product.
